Although we endeavour for all measurements to be exact, due to the nature of the fabric it is not always possible. All measurements are approximate and as close to stated measurements as possible.

It is the responsibility of the customer to check that the order on the invoice is correct before making payment. OYOO Style will not be held responsible for incorrect orders based on what is stated on the invoice.

OYOO Style may occasionally use generated AI images to showcase our products used in real life scenarios, therefore the patterns from these images may not be exactly the same as the actual patterns available but will be a close replica.

Online Shop Shipping, Returns and Refunds Policy

Processing time

Most of our items are handmade to order so please allow up to 14 working days for your order to be completed. If the order is delayed for any reason we will communicate this with you A.S.A.P. The 14 working day completion period does not apply to wholesale orders or orders received from online promotions as these will take longer to fulfil. We will agree a suitable completion date for those orders.

Shipping policy

Local Shipping:

Shipping within South Africa is via The Courier Guy, unless otherwise stated. Once your order is ready to ship you will receive a tracking link so you can track your order.

Please allow a minimum of 5 working days for your order to be delivered once handed over to the courier, however we cannot be held responsible for delays once it is in the possession of the courier.

For outlaying or high-risk areas there will be a shipping surcharge and delivery times may also be longer. Refer to your tracking link to track your delivery.

Free shipping only applies to online orders in South Africa for regular customers. Free shipping does not apply for wholesale orders, stockists orders or orders from customers in outlaying areas or abroad. B2B customers will be charged at our standard shipping rates and samples sent to customers will also be charged at out standard rate shipping rates.

Wholesale orders will receive a shipping quote separately.

International Shipping:

OYOO Style has an import and export licence. RSA Export licence number: CUS0170563 and RSA Import licence number: CUS0170253. We use trusted companies such as DHL, FedEx and UPS to handle our international shipping. We will find you the cheapest option and will provide you with a quote. Once the quote has been accepted and paid for by you we will book in your parcel and secure the rate. Rates include the shipping fee, shipment protection, signature on receipt and duties and taxes.

Returns and exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will accept a return of an unused item within 14 days of the receipt of your order. However, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for any customised items, or items purchased at any of our stockists or at market stalls as items are available to try on and inspect before purchasing. Discounted items are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Returned items must be unused, in original packaging (where possible) and in the condition they were received. If an item is returned in an unsuitable condition, you may not be eligible for a refund.

For international returns, it is the responsibility of the customer to get the items back to us as well as covering the cost of the return shipping, including any import duties back into South Africa. Once the return is received by us we will process it the same as any local returns.

To return or exchange an item, please contact us with your order number, item description, and the reason for the return / exchange. If the return is due to a fault with the item, we will refund, repair or replace the product.

Please check the size guides of the items before placing an order. If you are unsure of which is the correct size to order, please contact us for advice before you place your order.

The selection of colour prints on offer can change at any time depending on whether they get discontinued, therefore we cannot guarantee that the current selection of colour prints will always be available.

Refunds

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed. We are unable to issue a refund until we are in receipt of the returned goods. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

As we make our products per order and don’t hold stock, returns due to ordering the wrong size will need to be reviewed on a case by case basis. For example, larger sizes over XL are not purchased as often so a product may need to be made from scratch if a size ordered was too large or too small. In this case, the customer will need to essentially pay for a new order. We therefore recommend checking with us, before ordering, that the size you plan to buy is correct if you’re not sure.  You can also look at our How to Measure Guide.

If your refund is approved, then you will be paid into your bank account (minus any relevant fees) within 14 working days.

There is an admin fee of R50 (subject to change) chargeable (which includes payment gateway fees) to process any refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item, unless there is a fault with the item due to manufacturing. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

All artwork is owned by OYOO Style and we reserve the right to sell any designs created by us for the OYOO Smile range, including the ‘design your own’ artwork.

 

Wholesale Orders Policy

The 14-working day completion period for online orders does not apply to wholesale orders. A completion date will be agreed based on the volume of the order.

Free shipping does not apply to wholesale orders. In some instances the shipping cost can be paid after the products are made, but before it gets shipped (as we may need to finalise shipping once the package is weighed after production). Please see our shipping policy for more information on shipping.

Orders are only refundable within 7 days after payment is received and before production commences, minus any expenses occurred by OYOO Style e.g. product samples and shipping of samples. View our returns and refund policy for more information.

Sale items are not eligible for wholesale.

OYOO Style Champs

Become and OYOO Champ and Earn Commission

We have started OYOO Champs to help promote OYOO Style. A Champ will act as an influencer for OYOO Style and each Champ will receive their own unique code which they can share with potential customers. When this code is entered at online checkout the customer using the code will receive a 5% discount from the total value of their shop and the Champ will receive 5% commission of the total value of that shop, so everyone is a winner!

At the end of each month we will check all the codes used and pay the Champs their commissions directly into their bank accounts. This incentive is not valid with any other promotions.

We only have 10 Champs at a time. Each Champ will have an end date to their codes so after 1 year they can apply for their code to be renewed. If they have made no sales in that time they will be removed as Champs.

The Champs discount only applies to the customer and Champ on the first customer order.

For wholesale orders under R15,000 the Champ receives 5% commission and the customer 5% discount on their total order. On orders over R15,000 the Champ receives 5% commission and the customer 10% discount on their total order.
