Can I shop as a guest?
Yes you can, just select the products you’d like to buy and then at checkout select buy as a guest.
Why is it better to have an online account with OYOO Style?
When buying through our site for the first time, you can setup an account with us so that you can see your orders. Having an account is handy if you want to buy from OYOO Style in future and for a record of your past orders.
Why should I signup to your newsletter?
When signing up to our newsletter you will receive special offers and get told about new ranges and products before anyone else. Rest assured, we won’t bombard you with sales messages and you can unsubscribe at any time from our email updates or online notifications. If you’re not signed up yet, you’ll also get a 10% discount code for your next order!
What payment options do you offer?
We accept EFT, visa or debit card payments. PayStack is our trusted payment gateway. We use Happy Pay for our ‘buy now, pay later’ customers.
How long until I receive my order?
Once your order and payment is received we will start with the production of your order. As everything is handmade to order we usually have a lead time of up to 14 working days for the completion of orders.
Where do you ship to?
We ship across the whole of South Africa as well as overseas.
How does the shipping work?
As soon as your items are ready to ship you will receive a tracking link from us to track your order. We use The Courier Guy service and they usually take 3 – 5 working days for main centre deliveries. Outlaying areas can take longer. For international orders we use globally renowned couriers through TUNL. We will contact you to arrange a quote and delivery for your international orders.

How much does international shipping cost?
While we wait for the capability to provide live shipping rates on OYOO Style, we get quotes for our international customers through TUNL after you submit your order.
For an idea of how much your product will cost to get to you, you can use the instant rates calculator on their website. Please note however, that the rates we quote you will include shipping insurance, customs fees and signature upon delivery, so the rates calculator is only for guidance.

Do you offer customisations?
Unfortunately, as a rule we do not offer any customisations on any of our products. However, if required we may consider making an item longer or shorter in the arms or legs but this is not guaranteed and will first be assessed and discussed with the client
Due to the complexity of customisations and the additional time it takes we do charge an extra fee to undertake this work. This will be agreed with the customer beforehand.
Unfortunately we cannot make any items that is not part of our existing collection.
How do the sizes work?
We have a selection of ladies, men’s and unisex items in various sizes. Please make sure you check the size guide for each item before making a purchase. Decide how loose or tight you want the clothing to be and then choose the relevant size. For bottoms, if you are unsure of what size to choose, please refer to the hip measurement as a guide.

Do you have a physical store?
We don’t currently have a physical store but we welcome stockists interested in selling our items in their stores.
