Can I shop as a guest?
Yes you can, just select the products you’d like to buy and then at checkout select buy as a guest.
Why is it better to have an online account with OYOO Style?
When buying through our site for the first time, you can setup an account with us so that you can see your orders. Having an account is handy if you want to buy from OYOO Style in future and for a record of your past orders.
Why should I sign up to your updates?
When signing up to our newsletter you will receive tribe special offers and get told about new ranges and products before anyone else. Rest assured, we won’t bombard you with sales messages and you can unsubscribe at any time from our email updates or online notifications.
What payment options do you offer?
We accept EFT, visa or debit card payments. PayStack is our trusted payment gateway.
How long until I receive my order?
Once your order and payment is received we will start with the production of your order. As everything is handmade to order we usually have a lead time of up to 14 days for the completion of orders.
Where do you ship to?
We ship across the whole of South Africa.

How does the shipping work?
As soon as your items are ready to ship you will receive a tracking link from us to track your order. We use The Courier Guy service and they usually take 3 – 5 working days for main centre deliveries. Outlaying areas can take longer.

Do you offer customisations?
We offer basic customisations such as a longer or shorter leg or arm length. There is a fee of R50 payable for a basic customisation. We accommodate sizes from XS to 3XL Please contact us to discuss any other customisations to see if they are possible.
How do the sizes work?
We have a selection of ladies’, men’s and unisex items so please make sure you check the size guide for each item as they are all different.
Each clothing item will have a size guide for you to refer to. The size guide is based on your body measurements. Decide how loose or tight you want the clothing to be and then choose the relevant size. For bottoms, if you are unsure of what size to choose, please refer to the hip measurement as a guide.
If you are still unsure of the correct size, or your size is not listed on the size guide, please email us your measurements to [email protected] and we will be able to help.
What happens if I want to return an item?
We will gladly accept any returns providing they adhere to our returns policy. Please see our returns policy for more information.
Do you have a physical store?
We currently sell our products at The Earth Centre, 22 Swellengrebel St, Swellendam, Western Cape.
