As all items are handmade to order please allow up to 14 days for your items to be shipped.
Shipping policy
Local Shipping:
Shipping within South Africa is via The Courier Guy. Once your order is ready to ship you will receive a tracking link so you can track your order.
Please allow a minimum of 5 working days for your order to be delivered once handed over to the courier, however we cannot be held responsible for delays once it is in the possession of the courier.
For outlaying or high-risk areas there will be a shipping surcharge and delivery time may also be longer.
International Shipping:
If you would like to place an order to be sent to an international destination please contact us for a quote.
Returns and exchanges
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will accept a return of an unused item within 7 days of the receipt of your order. However, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for any customised items, or items purchased at any of our stockists as items are available to try on and inspect before purchasing.
Discounted items are not eligible for return and returned items must be unused, in original packaging (where possible) and in the condition they were received. If an item is returned in an unsuitable condition, you may not be eligible for a refund.
We are also unable to accept returns for international orders.
To return or exchange an item, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number, item description, and the reason for the return / exchange. If the return is due to a fault with the item, we will refund, repair or replace the product.
Please check the size guides of the items before placing an order. If you are unsure of which is the correct size to order, please contact us for advice before you place your order.
The selection of colour prints on offer can change at any time depending on whether they get discontinued by the manufacturer, therefore we cannot guarantee that the current selection of colour prints will always be available.
Refunds
Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed. We are unable to issue a refund until we are in receipt of the returned goods. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be paid into your bank account within 7 working days.
There is an admin fee of R90 (subject to change) chargeable (which includes payment gateway fees) to process any refund.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
